My Story

19 years old ⏭ 30 years old with a 30 lbs weight difference!!

Crazy to see how much change has happened over the years (in a good way!). Me on the left was only 19 years old, finding a way to deal with my insecurities of being skinny, skinny bullied and trying to still enjoy life. Never would I ever think I would get to reach the weight I am now and feel as confident as I do with myself!

Little did I know that just 4 years later at 23 years old I was going to start this fitness journey and really see change!I had NO idea what I was doing when I started, I was one of those people that thought “I’m already skinny why am I going to workout?? I don’t need to lose” I couldn’t comprehend that you can actually GAIN weight with exercise!

So when I tell you, I was a pure beginner I was!! Lol I had to learn the hard way and from scratch. But I’m so happy I did because now I can share my knowledge with anyone that is also struggling with gaining weight, building muscle and a booty and just don’t know where to start.
